Just got several statements like this as errors in the ERC:
"Segment of net /BLUE has fallen apart"
Yet those sections (two each) connect correctly and when clicked on are
still labeled correctly. And on the real product the blue LED lights
correctly 
It's Eagle 7.2. What gives? Is this a bug?

should be only one segment. This is an tricky error message that
shouldn't occur...
To check this cold you üplease send the schematic file?
A solution could be to connect the two net segments in the schematic
and delete the connection again. But to be sure, we should look into
the file.

I always farm out layouts and most are done in PADS. The netlist was
correct and the boards are in series production.

I just sent it off to you and wrote the email in German so I don't
become rusty

In this case it could somehow be done but on more busy schematics where
that would require dozens of additional lines it isn't practical.
