Strip impedance

I need to match the impedance (50ohm) of an active GPS antenna, from the

connector on the board. How can I calculate the size and width of the strip

to match? Is there any way to do this on Eagle ?

or you can use Width=1.75 PCB heigth.
I have use this for GPS design but allways with RF, shortess is best.
