I was analyzing the schematic attached and found the resistors R51 and R48
marked as "0R". What does that mean? Anybody understand this ?

I would suggest that the designer has split power supplies. The rest of
the circuit requires both Vcc and Vdd supplies. For one reason or
another, these have not all been named as the same net. perhaps one is
an analogue rail, the other digital. They are brought together where
these resistors (jumpers really) are on the board. The same trick can be
used to have split grounds.
