PortableApps

Hello,

it would be nice if EAGLE will be released also as a PortableApps

software (http://portableapps.com/). So we can open and change our

designs everywhere without carry out our notebook but just a USB pen. Of

course the license terms will be the same: only one person may use the

software.

Another stuff I think it could be very useful is an EAGLE viewer (free

software) so we can show and explore both schematics and boards to our

customers without exporting them as images or pdf files.

Please, leave a feedback here if you are either agree or disagree.

I thought people may be agree or disagree... but perhaps there is a

third option. In fact nobody commented what I said...

OK I try to comment image or to give you my suggestion...

You can any time install your Eagle (by copying some files) to any

computer. Of course the license file (and code) you have to have on the

pendrive. Only ... don't forgot to remove the license after use of the

    program !!!

I never used Eagle this way but this is possible ! Using pendrive as

temporaty storage is very bad option.

    regards

Why? I use a lot of portable applications such as OpenOffice, Gimp,

Foxit Reader, etc... on my USB pen. Wherever I go I have my preferred

programs with my own settings in my hands.

And in this way there is no need to copy anything on the customer

computer. All files (and the license one too) remain into the pen.

    Bye
