Hey Guys

Select/Cut/Right Click/paste works like a bomb,

But how do I copy a schematic while keeping the layout structure in tact.

Thanks

Jannie

    Hi:

with "merging.zip", you can do it (but with some operation).

it's in the ulp download area.

    Maurice

    What is your ultimate objective?

would you explain a little more your question?

Are you for instance trying to re-arrange the sheet order in you

schematic,  or are you trying to do a design re-use (where you copy the

schematic, and layout at the same time)?

why feel you concerned with my ultimate objective?

The solution to your problem relies upon what you are trying to do

I don't have any problem at all, I was just trying to help other people.

with "merging.zip" you can copy/paste schematic/pcb between sheets or

differents instances of eagle. You can a suffix for parts copied to avoid

names'conflicts. you can merge different designs.

But it requires some manual work.

    Maurice
