Hey Guys
Select/Cut/Right Click/paste works like a bomb,
But how do I copy a schematic while keeping the layout structure in tact.
Thanks
Jannie

Sorry I have taken so long to respond.
We have been on leave for a couple of days. What I was trying to do is
reuse a old design and duplicate it a number of times on a new board.
For now I will have a look at merging.zip and see if it does the trick.
Thanks
Jannie

Hi:
with "merging.zip", you can do it (but with some operation).
it's in the ulp download area.
Maurice
What is your ultimate objective?
would you explain a little more your question?
Are you for instance trying to re-arrange the sheet order in you
schematic, or are you trying to do a design re-use (where you copy
the schematic, and layout at the same time)?
why feel you concerned with my ultimate objective?
The solution to your problem relies upon what you are trying to do
Ted, Maurice
I think one/both of you have mixed up a reply somewhere along the line
I would assume that original confusion is that Ted's post should have
been to the OP Jannie, rather than to Maurice, and after that things are
a little confused. At least that's how I read things here.
cheers
David
