Can't install legal copy

I am having problems installing (Windows XP)

I do not have any older copies but I did use the free version which I have

removed.

When I try to install I get the initial splash screen I select English and

Install program ....nothing happens.

    Maybe your firewall blocks installing programs?

    folder on your computer. Create an icon on the Desktop and start EAGLE.

    Its not an access problem. I am the admin on my machine.

     

    Also its not an install over the web app so I don't see what firewall

    setting have to do with it.

     

     

    I installed on another machine and copied over.  It sucks as uninstall will

    not work.

    Thanks Richard it worked perfectly even though it said the file was

    corrupt when extracting it.Now all working ok under Windows XP.
