Have anybody PCB with telit gps modul GM862 and with power supply?
I don't understand what you mean writing "with power supply", anyway a
GM862 footprint is included in Spark Fun Electronics footprint library:

I need cca 6 .... cca 28V to 3v8 converter (2A) for power supply!
