Same name pads and polygon oddness

I have two pads on a single part with the same net, pads 1 and 64 in the image.

Notice how pad 1 connects to the polygon versus pad 64? Why won't this connect

at all three points of pad 64?

 

BTW, I have not routed the signal going to pad 64 - its only the polygon.

    Maybe the clearance value is too big, so the polygon can't connect

    to the smd. Please try to use either a bit finer width for the polygon

    or check and reduce the clearance value for wire/smd.
