I have place 2mm holes in a 19 cm circle on a 20cm round PCB at 7.5 degrees
increment.
Can anybody tell me how i could do that. The pattern looks like in this

It's probably not too hard with a ULP, but I'm not a ULP expert. I'd
probably knock up a Python script to write an Eagle SCR consisting of
lots of
hole ();
commands, then run that script.
