I'm designing an aluminium single layer board with multiple high power LED's. I use an aluminium board for cooling these powerful LED's. I want to make the thermal PAD for the LED's bigger than the PAD in the library. Because I use quite a large number lot of LED's and the surrounding of each LED is different I cannot change the library model, but have to change each PAD individually. But because the thermal PADs are not electrically isolated I cannot make a ground plane to put them on as I did with other types. Is there a trick to easily pour some copper on these pads? Or is there another solution to make the PADs bigger in Eagle light?
Thanks!
