Hello,
Is there a way I can export a CAD ASCII file from eagle? Ive tried a few of the ULP's but they weren't what the board assembler was looking for. Thanks for any help!

Hi Mike,
What is the file specifically for? Is your assembler asking for a pick
and place file? If that's the case you mount-smd.ulp.
Do they need a netlist? If that's the case then you would need to know
what format they need. There are ULPs for Tango netlists and such.
Will they use the file to setup their test rigs? In that case there is a
GenCAD ulp (as Warren mentioned), fabmaster, and ipc-d-356.
If your assembler can specify what they need from the file then it's
more likely that you'll get a solution.
