Eagle 6 : unable to rename a via ?

Hi,

In Eagle V6.0.0, i was unable to rename a via, for example: I added a new via to the board and wanted to rename it as GND. I am used to do this in order to make ground planes connections in RF designs. With older versions of Eagle, there was no difficulty to do this.

Eagle 6.0.0 says: "Can not backannotate this operation. Please do this in the schematic!". But in the schematic, I don't know how to retrieve the via and rename it

Could you advice how to do this with Eagle 6.0.0?

In Eagle 5 I place my ground vias by name: instead of clicking on the "via" box, I go to the command line and type via 'gnd' (or via gnd -- I can't remember whether you need the quotes on that command). Then all of the vias that I place are already on the ground net, and I don't have to mess with renaming them.
