User Interface Language Selection

I would like to ask, how can i change the language that i prefer in the software?

I guess EAGLE PCB now automatically detect the language using in the computer and change it, but i prefer to use another language instead, how can i change it?

EAGLE reacts on the LANG environment variable.

If you set LANG=de_DE you will get German language and help texts,
for example.

It doesn´t work, I wrote in the command line SET LANG=en_GB but I always get the program in german, the place where I live. I remember in Linux I had to change the LANG variable in many different places. Do I have any othe environment variable ? Thank you.
