I've found Sparkfun files for 6.0+ but when I tried to use them in Eagle 6.2 I get a message about
"Loading D:/Documents/SparkFun-Boards.lbr ...
Error:
line 5, column 6: This is not an EAGLE file." Anyone have updated files for Eagle 6.2?

There are libraries available for eagle5.x and 6.x but I don't have a
link right now.
Anyway watch out they contain a lot of usually unwanted layers (set
used_layers all).

I was looking to use them base on a tutuorial I was looking at related to Ardunino. But guess I'll just have to do without since won't load in newer Eagle. There was an Adafruit library that worked with newer Eagle and that does seem to have alot of Arduino componantes.

Open up that Sparkfun library with a text editor and view the XML
There is a line near the top that looks similar to the following
sparkfun/SparkFun-Eagle-Libraries · GitHub
It has two starnge charcters in it. One after master and the other before
GitHub. These may be causing the issue so take them out and try again

I seem to be able to load them just fine in 6.2

Here is a link for eagle6 sparkfun libraries at github.
Maybe you downloaded the files directly and that won't work.
A little above the list at the very right side you can see
" Tags Download". Klick on download and you are given the choice to
download as zip/tar.gz file. After decompression the files are ready to
