I ran a test and I hot two errors, 'Dimension' and 'Clearance'. Not too sure what the problem is with the clearance one as its showing on near enough every via ive made ontop of traces to allow for my capcitors

The dimension pic I understand it is close to the edge. (1mm) I guess this is abit to close, what kind of distance should I be keeping away from the board?
I uploaded my .brd file for people to have a look at! and maybe look for other errors (which I think/hope there isnt any!!!!) haha
