Eagle Dimension and Clearance

I ran a test and I hot two errors, 'Dimension' and 'Clearance'. Not too sure what the problem is with the clearance one as its showing on near enough every via ive made ontop of traces to allow for my capcitors

The dimension pic I understand it is close to the edge. (1mm) I guess this is abit to close, what kind of distance should I be keeping away from the board?

 

 

 

I uploaded my .brd file for people to have a look at! and maybe look for other errors (which I think/hope there isnt any!!!!) haha

    The distance you must keep copper from the edge of the board depends on

    who is fabricating the board. For example, PCB-Pool wants a minimum of

    0.3mm (12mil). AP Circuits wants 0.38mm (15mil). Sunstone Circuits wants

    0.5mm (20mil). If you can, allow more room, as this reduces the failure

    rate. 1mm seems safe, but always consult with the board house before

    committing to a layout -- many post their capabilities on their websites.
