How to get a 100% scale to a pdf

I print the circuit layout for etching using photo paper through a

laser printer. While it is nice to print directly to the paper from

Eagle, I would like to send the copy to a pdf file. To save paper, I

have ran the same photopaper thru the printer several times moving the

circuit around on sheet till I fill the sheet up.  The bad part of this

is when I run the photo paper thru the printer several times, black

streaks appear. I have tried to save to a PDF file of which I could copy

the circuit several times on a blank sheet.  When I save a printed

circuit board as a pdf file, the size gets distorted and makes it

difficult to get the circuit back to the original size. How do you save

the circuit to a PDF as the same size?

Printing from Eagle is the best way for this IMHO. Adding in a another

step (format) will inevitably lead to errors creeping in.

What you could to do is look how you can panelise your design in Eagle

so that you have several PCB layout designs in the board editor window.

Tnanks for responding Dave. I tried that, but I am using the freeware

version and I only have so much room to use.
