Hello,
Could someone tell me how I can transfer an Eagle project that I have created on a computer (including libraries) to another computer running Eagle?
Thanks.

You ONLY need to copy the BRD and SCH fils. All necessary library
information etc. is already included in these.
All other files are NOT necessary, but of course you CAN decide to copy
them, too, e.g.:
- The EPF file (if available) contains EAGLE program settings for
your project. Mind that this might contain information about
folders that are perhaps not available on the other PC.
- The used libraries. Useful if you want to make extensive changes
to a project that contains self-made libraries.
