How do I define the 'standard' via drill size. I have 24mils set in the DRC
file and the autorouter creates the correct size VIA's. BUT when I either
manually place a VIA or transition between layers while manually routing the
VIA drill size is set to 23.622. This drill size then fails the DRC check
until I resize it to 24, or if I remeber to change the size when manually
using VIA's. I am sure there is an easy way, I am just able to find it in
the documentation/help files.
