Some components don't align to the grid as they should. How can i connect them anyway?

schematic or board?
in the schematic part should always be in the grid. If not the library
needs fixing.
in the board during routing of existing nets, the track will snap to
the pin if you are near enough.
That creates small track segments to connect the on-grid track to the
off-grid pin. To avoid them start routing on the pin.

Thanks for your answer.
It's in the schematic where the parts are not aligned in the grid. Possibly due to mixed measurement systems. mm/inch conversions. How do i fix this?

By convention the libraries are designed on a 0.1inch grid for the
schematic symbols. The pins end up on that 0.1" grid.
If you had your schematic set to anything other than 0.1" then you
would need to get the parts back onto the grid.
So I suspect the following will be your solution.
Set the grid of the schematic to 0.1"
Then select MOVE
HOLD down the CTL key and then click on the origins of the parts. They
should snap to the grid.
Then you need to repair the nets that are floating. Probably easier to
delete and replace them.

Ok! This makes editing fun.
Thank you!
Gerrit.
BTW: Use the COMMAND key in the Mac version.
Of course it's easiest and most compatible with others to work on the grid. However, there are a couple of tricks if you really must go off grid.
1) Set the Alt grid to "Finest" in the grid definition dialogue box and drag things into position. Then use the Junction tool to make sure nets are connected.
2) Use the Info tool to directly edit the Position (x,y) coordinates.
