ASCII export ALL pcb information

I see ulps for netlists, but our vendor wants a complete ASCII file  like a

PADS ASCII file that contains All the pcb information.  Is there a ulp or

anyway to create this file in Eagle 4.16?

    I think there are ULPs for exporting complete designs into script files

    (which are ASCII) in the download section of the CadSoft website.
