multiple V+ pins custom part

I'm trying to create a custom part for a LT1210 amplifier.

 

The problem I have is that different packages have different number of V+ pins. Do I need to create a separate schematic for each package dependent on the number of V+ pins or is there a way to have a single V+ pin in the schematic and then join the V+ pins together in the part dependent upon the footprint?

    Please use option Append in CONNECT menu, to connect more at one

    PAD/SMD on a PIN.
