Has anyone a library with the LGA-16 design in it?
I'm want to use LIS3LV02DL (STMicroelectronics) or MMA7455L (Freescale
Semiconductor).
Anywhere to be found in the libraries??
Thank you

Gary is correct. The copper metal pad is the same size as the pin size T1
and T2. The solder mask opening is P1 and P2.

The package outline is a good start. Is it correctly centered and the
right dimension of 7.5 by 4.4mm? I suggest you make the GRID size =
.01mm , since all of the placement coordinates are at .05mm resolution.
You will have to scroll in to see the grid, but it makes placement easier.
For the smd pads you use the SMD button (a red rectangle next to the round
green PAD button). When you click on the SMD button, an SMD properties
bar will appear in the top menu bar area. Boxes with "Smd:" "Roundness"
and "Angle" are displayed. In the "Smd:" box, enter the P1 and P2
dimensions given in the PDF. So you should enter 0.975 x 0.65 <enter>.
Now you have the correct pad size to place. Use the Right Mouse Button to
rotate the smd pad before placement when required.
There are ways to command an smd pad to be placed at any coordinate, but
start with the basics first. Let me know if you need furthur help.

Hey, thanks...
I've been trying for the last hours to work that out, but all I have
is a rectangle...
Can I make a pad from a rectangle in stead of using a pad?
I'ts hard to make a rectangle pad with certain dimensions.
I made one from two square pads, grouped them, and tried to copy
them...
Didn't succeed..
Quickly?? Not for me..
Thanks
The PDF for the LIS3LV02DLLIS3LV02DL has the pad dimensions for it's footprint
You
can make your own quite quickly if no one has one to share.
