Libraries for LGA-16 anyone?

Has anyone a library with the LGA-16 design in it?

 

I'm want to use LIS3LV02DL (STMicroelectronics) or MMA7455L (Freescale

Semiconductor).

 

Anywhere to be found in the libraries??

  • set grid to 1mm (pitch from data sheet)

    draw the outline in the tPlace layer with wires.

    type SMD 0.8 0.5 in command line so that you will have the pad size

    defined in the data sheet.

    place them where you need them.

    be very careful with the top /bottom view to get pin1 in the right place!

    check that the solder mask is correct in the board with the

    recommendation from the data sheet, there's a way to override the

    default size of the mask, but I don't know it.
