Hello i am designing a operational amplifier, the project is to design an operational amplifier block to be used in a complex system-on-a-chip (SoC). I can either use a CMOS process from TSMC 0.35um HV CMOS technology, or a bipolar process from an unidentified foundary. The design must meet the requirements and it should be optimized for robustness, power, and/or speed. The design project is an opamp with the following characteristics: Gain>=60dB, Unity Gain frequency>=60MHz, Phase Margin>=45Deg, Offset<=50uV, Dynamic Rage =+/-6.5V (for 10mv error), Slew Rate>=80 V/us. The power supply is +/-7.5V. I need to know if Eagle can simulate all of the characteristics. I have my amplifier already mapped out with the values that i need i just need to simulate it. Is this possible?

No. Eagle is a PCB design tool, it is not a circuit simulator and it is

not an ASIC design tool. Perhaps you might be able to design an

equivalent circuit and use the Spice integration, but that would not

really be using Eagle, nor would it be properly representative of what

    you're trying to do.

    Hello Adrian,

Is this a commercial or  a student project.
