I not sure I get your question correct. For component package design in lib, you can change the origin of the component package by just moving the package.
If you want to re coordinate in PCB design just select all and move group. The coordinate will be set to the new placement of part.
If just want to re coordinate for one of the component.
Then you need to open the component lib. Go to package. Select all and move group. The origin will be base on new component placement.
Same to the new package just use select and move group.
Remember to update lib in working design after the change in lib to make the change in the design. By select library and update.
