Is it possible to create a "area" of VCC or GND in the PCB? My objective is to create this area like a breadboard, where it has 2 lines (VCC and GND)

Have you tried a polygon? Be sure to name it VCC or GND appropriately.

Have you tried a polygon? Be sure to name it VCC or GND appropriately.
