Hello Minki,
The only way to do that is manually. There is a ULP that will report the
total trace length for every signal on your board. You have to be careful
because it just adds the length of every copper trace and if you have some
overlap it won't be correct.
Nothing automatic about this, you have to do it manually. But it can be
done without too much effort once you get used to the process.
