Resize PCB

I need to reopen an old project with a PCB size of 80x80mm (i use the Light Edition ver. 7.1) and i want add some components.

After resize the Dimension in Layer 20 from 80x80 to 80x100 mm i try to move some compoennts in this new space

but i always get this BRD error:

The Light edition of EAGLE can't perform the requested action!

Some objects extend outside the allowed board area.

The PCB is two layer and the size is within the Light Edition limits, how can i go ahead from this situation ?

    The size restriction is really an area restriction. You can use the

    rectangular area from the board editors origin at x=0 y=0 to x=100 y=80.

     

    Any part origin or pad cannot be outside that area.

     

    So if your design is displaced from the board editors origin, move it

    back there and you should get the desired size. You actually get 101 x 81
