Hello, I have a problem with the Exellon Cam job.
My eagle.def is the original (in INCH)
but when I do the Exellon job, I have a X&Y shift and the scale is bad...
See the attached picture : I opend the .drd file and my .sol & .cmp gerber on the same sheet
Have you got a solution?

I have encountered this problem, too.
Simply scaling the holes by 0.1 takes them back to the correct position and size.
I normally use GerbTool to do a quick check of my Gerber (and Exellon) files.
Only when I import both, the .dri (that strangely enough gets generated even though
you have specified another file-extension in the Cam-processor) and the .nc-file (in my case) together,
the rendering is correct. Nevertheless, the .dri is apparently empty.
No solution, but you are not alone with this
