Noob at this... trying to generate Gerber and its too big

Ok so long story short, I fly RC aircraft one of them being micro size quadcopters, and I designed a circuit for one of them.  It looks good but when I try to export as a gerber using the CAM thing it makes the gerber files way too big... the size of the whole circuit is only about 25mm x 25mm or so but it makes the file huge (I use an online gerber viewer) webGerber

I have tried several "jobs" to no avail... getting very annoyed.  It makes the circuit correctly, but it makes the board way way too big.  I attached the brd file... if you can't help me do it myself, can someone at least do the gerber conversion for me? image

Success! I ignored the preview stuff and uploaded it to a PCB site... and voila! Attachments:

Not sure if its just my computer but I can't see that picture; its white.

anyway, I completely re-made the circuit.  I've attached it as well.  Now I have a problem when I export as CAM, when I render the files in the webGerber, the bottom of the circuit is cut off.  Also, the holes don't line up where they should; I think they are what is making the board bigger than the circuit in the previous circuit as well.

Attached are the gerber files and the original .brd file in a Zip.  Try running the gerber files through the WebGerber I linked above to see what I am talking about.  And if you know what the problem is, please look in the .brd and try to fix it.  I don't know what's going wrong but it's sort of annoying image

Also, There is no layer 20 outline thing anymore.  At all.  You may be able to see that in the .brd file.  That may also be part of the problem...
