Noob at this... trying to generate Gerber and its too big

Ok so long story short, I fly RC aircraft one of them being micro size quadcopters, and I designed a circuit for one of them.  It looks good but when I try to export as a gerber using the CAM thing it makes the gerber files way too big... the size of the whole circuit is only about 25mm x 25mm or so but it makes the file huge (I use an online gerber viewer) webGerber

I have tried several "jobs" to no avail... getting very annoyed.  It makes the circuit correctly, but it makes the board way way too big.  I attached the brd file... if you can't help me do it myself, can someone at least do the gerber conversion for me? image

Success! I ignored the preview stuff and uploaded it to a PCB site... and voila! Attachments:

well I guess I just keep solving my own problems a little at a time lol...

I think it may have just been that viewer, because this one seems to show it:

Wireless Data Acquisition and Data Logging Systems with Wireless Sensors - Paragon Robotics

There are some aspects of the Gerber and Excellon (drill) file formats

which are not as well defined as one might hope. For example,

coordinates are quoted in multiples of the resolution, but the

resolution has to be guessed at. Eagle uses a fine resolution (this

actually changed between V6 and V7, I think) which some viewers don't

cope with. Some, rather obscurely, cope with it in the Gerbers but not

in the Excellon, resulting in the drills appearing nowhere near where

    they should be.

It's possible the TXT file you removed confused the first viewer in that

way, but the Paragon one works better.

Personally, I never use web-based tools if I can install a better one.

There are several free ones available. I use gerbv.
