The directory doesn't exist!

The directory

L:\Projects\Switch\V2\%systemdir%\System32\eagle

doesn't exist!

BlaBlaBla

Create it ?

That happens everytime I open a .sch or .brd

If I click Yes (to create the goddam folder), it creates a folder next to the project files with the same structure written in the message (and notice the weirdnessness of the path)

If I click no, then the program gets evil and full of error message, from opening upon closing of the program, like always asking me to update eagle (it doesn't remember my choice)
Or, if I set Options>Directories, it won't memorize this dir next time I open, or the color I've set to the background

And so on..

What's wrong here ?

I, in my humble knowledge, suspect that's something related to environment variables or registry (?)

It's a recently formatted PC
Eagle 7.2

    When you formatted PC:

    1. did you install new Windows and what version?
    2. Reinstall Eagle?
    3. What is value of environment variable %systemdir% Use terminal and echo %systemdir%
    4. L: is not normal C: drive. What is it? removable?

    Thanks,

    Clem

Clean unistalled, Scavenged for remainings (few on the registry), and Reinstalled
    Did not work. Same behavior.

Clean install of Windows 7 SP1 plus updates

    C is Windows
    D is stored stuff
E is where the heavy programs are (like E:\Program Files (x86)\CadSoft\Eagle)
    L is all my projects

All of those are HD partitions

When I echo %systemdir% it responds with %systemdir%
