separating polygon fills

Question

Hello, I want to start using poygon fills for traces on power planes, such as the piccie below.

I have named the above Polygon fill VCC. The trouble is I have a ground fill (named GND) on the same plane and when I hit Ratsnest (which processes polygons) the ground fill does not separate from the VCC polygon:

Here are my polygon settings:

I tried mucking around with isolate of the GND fill polygon but it didn't help.

Can you please suggest how I can get the desired separation?
