Can't stop the autorouter

Occaisionally, when I'm using the autorouter, I notice it taking a

LONG time, and I see that I've poorly positioned some part.

So I've tried clicking on the STOP button.

It stops the router, I move the part, BUT when I restart the

autorouter it puts my component back where it was, restores the traces

i've ripped up, AND resumes the autorouting where it was stopped

previously.

 

Is there any way to abort the autorouter so it won't restart where it

left off last time?

I want it to start FRESH, as I'll have moved things and ripped up

traces.

    No, only if you want to do certain things.  If you want the autorouter to

    restart where it left off, then you don't want to delete the restart file.
