I wish I had a better answer for you. It was working absolutely fine after the migration/upgrade and we did do extensive testing in a "sandbox" - so that is not what broke it. Something was changed on our network about a month ago that broke the link to CadSoft's forums and we've been scrambling to try to work out how to get it working properly again. We thought it was resolved the other day. However, as we can only do limited testing on the live environment in a 'test' forum to check the syncing before we run it live, we then were informed it updated a bunch of old posts in addition to bringing in new posts that had been queued up in the backlog since the sync was broken which it had never done previously - and nothing in the code that processes the interface has changed. Only the connection restored. We are working with our global IT and networking departments to try to restore the link back to the way it was working previously and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to you on the forums.
Sincerely,

My bad. Set up newsreader on a different computer and somehow listed my name
as Cadsoft rather than Oppie.

Thanks for getting in touch with a more detailed explanation of what's been going on, it helps to know the issue is being dealt with properly. It seems that a few things have started syncing across over night so fingers crossed it's all working correctly now! :-)
Many thanks,
Rachael
