at least with eagle V6.6 you can select a whole polygon quite easyly.

    After the 7.6.1 beta fix, I can, using an ULP, rightclick a polygon wire

    and select move polygon from the context menu.

     

    Imo, this feature deserves to become a standard feature in Eagle.
