Flood bridging pins

It looks like the "width" of the polygon (which defines the thickness of

the lines it gets drawn with) is bigger than the width of the SMD pads,

by quite some margin. Eagle probably can't meet the clearance and

thermal separation rules with a polygon that thick.

Hi rob, thanks that helped a lot. Now traces are automatically coming

out of both ends of that pad which is what i want but they are still

bridging across the center of the pins as well.

Would I use a small restrict polygon to prevent that?

You might also try a short restrict line on the right end, essentially

cutting off the fill from the right.  This will avoid all the drc errors

generated from having the SMD pads falling within the restrict polygon.

Looking at the second pad from the right, the bottom connection is

different from all the others.  Was this pad partially routed with a

larger wire?
