Unwanted vias automatically added

autodeskguest

Look at the attached image set

1. I am coming in with a diff pair (purple) and I want to end up at the

vias.

2. I want to do a stop here and follow the yellow wire in to the via.

3. This is the peculiar result I get when I click here. Eagle usually

doesnt add vias automatically, so why does that happen? Not to mention,

why are they offset from the click point?

I suspect this issue is related to other weird via behaviour, like the

other threads with title "Grabbing airwires on routing" and "Change

layer issue" written by me.

    Hi Morten,

Could you send me an example file of this to play with?

This is one of those things that a video and file makes it really clear

to the devs what the issue is. Considering that there are now more devs

to explain issues to this would be helpful.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

    Best Regards,

    Jorge Garcia
