Hi,

 

How do I change the title of a schematic in eagle?

  • You can rename the files in the panel.

    -> close the sch and brd files, then rename this files (klick the right mouse button).

    The file name is the title in the schematic frame.

    As an alternative to this if, like me, you think having the filename the same as your schematic title in a frame is less than ideal, you can create your own frame and use global attributes to populate information such as the schematic's title.

     

    Edit->Global Attributes...

     

    Click "New"

     

    Give your new attribute a name e.g. TITLE and a value e.g. My Schematic Title

     

    Then place some text where you would like the TITLE attribute to be in the frame by using >TITLE as the contents of the text string. When placed this is filled with "My Schematic Title".
