Hi Gerald, I'm glad you put the work into generating the UltraLibrarian symbols and I am sure the OP will appreciate you taking the time too. I've downloaded and looked at the library you generated and…

Hello Rachael, I've downloaded and looked at the library you generated and shows to me I was right and this tool isn't worth the money (ok in this case free just to export an existing BXL file!) if this…

    Hi Keith,

Oh goodie, a company providing their CAE data in a proprietary format which requires the purchase of another piece of software to make it useful.... That's not particularly helpful of them.

You may be lucky and find somebody with Ultra Librarian who it willing to do this for you, but it depends how long you can wait. I don't have this tool so can't help you with converting the BXL file myself.

It's a 144-ball part so not really a very big device, so it might just be easier to create it yourself. It's usually quicker in the long run anyway as you'd need to thoroughly check any part wherever you sourced it from. I do all my own, that way if there are any issues it's down to me. I check everything thoroughly and so far I haven't had any issues. Have you created parts in EAGLE before or are you unfamiliar with how to do so?

You can get a detailed package drawing for the part from the NXP website which includes the suggested PCB footprint details here: http://cache.freescale.com/files/shared/doc/package_info/98ASA00222D.pdf

    Best Regards,

    Rachael
