Library for TSU104IPT?

I'm looking to make my first real PCB with eagle and want to use the a"STMicroelectronics  TSU104IPTTSU104IPT op amp chip The spec sheet says the package is a

"14-TSSOP", however I couldn't find anything in my eagle library with the same footprint. I was going to make a schematic, then turn it into a PCB. Do I have to make my own package size for this to use or is there something existing I can download? Is this a common package? It doesn't have to be for this op -amp...just something that with the same footprint and number of pins. Thanks advance for your advice-just getting into it and there's a lot to learn so I apologize if there is something simple  I'm overlooking.

    1. You either look for an Op-amp with the package you want, copy it into

    your own library, edit and name it.

    2. packages one can find in "ref-packages.lbr"

    3. Important is to create your own libraries, because if you change the

    eagle libraries all of your work will be lost on the next eagle update.
