Producing boards with custom libraries

I have a board I am working on that uses custom libraries that I want to have professionally produced.  Can I just supply the Eagle board file (.BRD) or will I need to send the library as well?

    You shouldn't need to send out any library files although it should be noted that the library footprints can be exported from the board file in if necessary. Depending on where you are getting your boards built you are more likely to have to generate Gerber files and assembly drawings using the CAM processor to send to the manufacturer than send the board.
