In many case, we need a not standard shape pad, such as rectangle hole, or a pad that have some vias on it.
how can do it? I thought use milling layer draw it, but I don't know how the PCB factory know it?

Hello,
if you have to use rectangular holes, you should draw the contour in layer 46, Milling. Use the WIRE command with a very fine wire width for it. In case you are simply sending the BRD file to your board manufacturer, it is of course recommended to tell him that there are contours in this layers. If you decide to generate manufacturing data by yourself with CAM Processor, generate one Gerber file for layer 46, Milling and pass it on with all the other Gerber and Excellon files.
