How to remove mask stop for via?

on my board,  a few via need coated , don't need mask stop.

 

how can I do, such as my via's drill is 0.5mm, and diameter is 1.27mm,how can I set in design rules?

 

I have read this http://www.cadsoft.de/faq.htm.en#06062601, but can you give me a clear demo to me?

 

sorry for my bad english ,I can't understand that anwwer in faq.

    Hello,

     

    by default all vias are not coverd with stop laquer because the Limit value is set to 0 in the Design Rule's Mask tab. You write your vias have a drill diameter of 0.5mm. So set the Limit to 0.5mm and you will see that all vias are covered. The stopmask symbols in the layer t/bStop vanish.

    This is valid for all vias on the board.

    And now you can use the CHANGE STOP command in the layout directly for each via. This can be done with groups also
