Hi,
I am working on a raspberrypi based rover. I got video streaming working and for the motors (2 of them), I am using an L298N Dual H-Bridge motor controller board.
The controller works fine, however, for the motor power supply (going + to VCC and - to GND), I used the li-ion battery that came with the basic rc car I bought. The battery is blank, but the charger says it outputs 4.8V at 250mA, and takes 8 hours for a complete charge.
When I test the car out, it works, but moves very slowly, and often stops. Without the weight, the car moves very swifty. It weighs less than 250g.
The motor looks like:

Can anyone suggest a good battery for the project, or atleast weather I need to up my mA or my voltage?
