how to copy/paste a section of layout/schematics pairs finished?

Question

I have a schematics/boards pairs finished .

For example a schematic/board pairs with one preamplifier and one amplifier.

I want to add on this actual board 3 copy of the preamplifier that is already present .

How can I do that ?

....Of course I want to keep a pair of consistent schematics / boards ...

Hi,

copy you schematic and board that contains preamp and amp.

Then delete everything except the preamplifier. Now save this as preamplifier board and schematic (they are consistent).

Now open your target project (amp +preamp) which is also consistent

Go to Edit/Import/EAGLE drawing... in the layout editor or in the schematic editor and select the preamp brd or sch

Now the preamp is inserted into sch and brd.

Repeat this as often as necessary.

That's it.
