AD9850 DDS MODULE

bluetang2
bluetang2 over 7 years ago

There are two types of AD9850 DDS Module: Type 1 (on the top) and type 2 (on the bottom).

I need a library with the footprint of type 2 module.

Any help?

If you wish to use SIL header pins, you'll find the header pins in con-lstb library.

That's the compromise; either a custom design can be created with outlines, holes and whatever you fancy, or you can use two SIL headers. The first option entails some work from you I'm afraid. If you're interested, then the procedure is to read up (or google and watch) videos on 'EAGLE CAD part creation'. If you google those exact words, you'll find what you need. Or you could try the hack approach of adding your own holes and outlines to the board view. Not pretty.

I'm able to create any part in Eagle. I have already created lots of them. The issue is that I don't have the complete information of the module board (dimensions, etc). I ordered the board but haven't received it yet. I'd like to start drawing my project before it arrives.
