Single layer board

Hi,

 

I'm not sure if this is possible or not. I'm trying to make an electrostatic pad. I just need a honeycomb copper design on top of the PCB board. I

I would like to send this off to be manufactured, but it doesn't seem like I can create only one layer on Eagle. I am a beginner with this software so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • There should be no problem creating a PCB in Eagle with only one layer.  I have not personally tried this, but I can't think of a problem doing it.  When sending out the gerber files, you might prepare a bottom layer that is blank, as a way to satisfy the PCB manufacturers submission requirements.
